3lbs GONE FOREVER

I'm been sick for just about a week now. I went to the doctor today to see what the heck is going on, she said it was the flu... Ughhh. However, they weighed me and I can offically say im starting to see the number drop on the scale. Ready for this: (Its a bit embasrring) My biggest weight was 225, (and im just 5'4). My starting weight in January (first surgerons apt) was 218 was stuck there for a while. Then they started me on a weight managmnet plan. I lost a little but was really stuck at 215 for a couple of months. Today at the doctor when they weighed me since ive been sick I lost 3 lbs. Hey thats 3lbs gone forever and yes I am celebrating those 3 lbs. That's, that much closer to my goal weight. Over this weekend i will be embarrassing myself even more by putting up before pictures and measurments.. Now that i don't know if i'm ready for......
