I want to set Goals / Rewards for myself throughout my weight loss Journey. I will be changing and updating this along the way:
1.During my pre-op diet: I hope to loss 10 lbs
2.After surgery: Walk as much as I can to recover (without over doing it)
3.Once recovered: Work out at least every other day for 30 minutes.. (And slowly increase time and intensity) -Even if its just walking around the block-
4.After 25 lbs loss buy new Workout outfit and running shoes.
5.Attend support group once a month
6.Continue to write my blog and keep it up to date.
7.Once 50 lbs lost, run and complete a 5K
8.Keep up with my husband in a run/workout.
9.Get a new haircut
And more.....
I MUST STAY MOTIVATED!!!!!!!!
