Today marks day 10 of 13 of my pre-op diet. I had a primary care doctor appointment today and was CLEARED for surgery Tuesday. All my blood work came back good so I'm ready to go. After waiting four and a half months my Lap Band surgery is right around the corner. I'm so excited and as the days get closer a little bit more nervous excited I feel. Easter's this Sunday and I will be enjoying my protein shakes .... (HahahaHa) I've been tired and grumpy but I would say its all cause I'm a bit hungry (lol). A big Thank you to my husband for dealing with me this week. I love you baby!
As I Stepped on the scale at my doctors office today it was official I'm now 209lbs, that's 5lbs lost so far on this pre-op diet. That's 5lbs I will NEVER see again.
I wish I could record my thoughts straight from my head. My mind has been racing all over the place this last past week. I feel I have a lot to get done and do but really I think it's just me feeling like that cause I know I'm more prepared as I can ever be for this surgery. I'm Ready, I just can't wait till the surgery is over with and I'm back to my self recovered so I can get into working out and losing weight.
